Before being accepted for employment, our carers must have extensive training and experience. Our caregivers are mostly licensed nurse's aides, with some even being retired nurses. We do all the recruiting, hiring, and firing so you don't have to. Of course, we don't want to terminate someone we've spent so much time and money to hire, but if they're not doing well in your home, we'll remove them and replace them right away.
